Since our company was founded in 1959, we have never stood still. Starting as an agricultural contract business, we are now one of the leading companies for integrated and comprehensive solutions in groundwater management. What distinguishes us is our technical expertise, innovation, and many years of experience in the fields of dewatering, well drilling, water treatment, reinfiltration, and monitoring. Hölscher Wasserbau has been a family-run business since its founding in 1959. Today, the company is led by Jens Klompmaker, Eva Borgmann, and Heinz Hölscher. Together, they embody continuity, a sense of responsibility, and a clear strategic direction.
In early 2026, Eva joined the management directors team, marking the next generation’s entry into leadership. This expansion brings the third generation into the company’s leadership.
The leadership team combines the values of a family business with entrepreneurial foresight. In this way, they lay the foundation for sustainable growth, stability, and the ability to actively and resolutely address the challenges ahead.
At the end of 2025, Eva Borgmann joined the management directors team, marking the entry of the next generation. Maria Borgmann is handing over her management responsibilities but will remain closely connected to the company as a member of the advisory board. This expansion of the leadership team to include the third generation is a strong sign of continuity, reliability, and the long-term focus of the family-owned business.
