Work on linear construction sites
On our major projects along extensive pipelines, routes and infrastructure corridors, you will work directly on site. Together, we ensure that construction sites remain dry and that utility lines and pipelines can be installed using modern dewatering systems, drainage solutions and innovative technology.
We create the conditions that allow other trades to work safely and in dry conditions. At the same time, protecting water as a valuable natural resource is always a key priority for us.
Dual study programmes & internships
Dual Study Program Combine theory and practice: A dual study program offers hands-on training while acquiring in-depth, solution-oriented knowledge and leadership skills. Internships Take the opportunity to gain practical experience! Our student internships and the six-month Niedersachsen Technikum provide diverse insights into various fields.

People at Hölscher
Hermann Geres is a long-standing team member with over 30 years in dewatering at Hölscher. With his extensive experience, he masters the art of reading soil conditions and uses a 30-meter-long trencher to lay a narrow 15 cm line up to 4 meters deep into the ground.
Tobias Haupt is a project manager in the Berlin branch, responsible for the smooth execution of projects of all sizes.
Timon Laukötter started his career as a mechatronics apprentice at Hölscher directly after leaving school and is considering pursuing a part-time degree while continuing to work.
Sascha Schulte is a qualified process engineer. After working in construction management, he is now a project manager in the field of water treatment. He designs construction, groundwater, and process water treatment systems with a focus on sustainability.
Peter Tieben is a fourth-year precision mechanic apprentice at Hölscher. His tasks include welding, cutting, turning, and milling.
Oliver Dulle completed his mechatronics apprenticeship at Hölscher 10 years ago. After advancing to site foreman in specialist foundation engineering and earning a master’s degree in electrical engineering, he specialises in programming and visualising groundwater management systems. He has also taken on the role of sub-project manager for water neutrality at Hölscher.
Mathias Brink has been a well builder at Hölscher for over seven years. As an equipment operator with his dedicated construction crew, Mathias works as part of a well-coordinated team.
